About Me
Born on 10 September 1988 in Libreville, Gabon, Anthony Obame Mylann is a celebrated taekwondo practitioner. He made history at the 2012 Summer Olympics by winning the silver medal in the men's 80+ kg category, becoming Gabon’s first-ever Olympic medalist. Obame also represented Gabon at the 2016 and 2020 Olympics. Coached by two-time world champion Juan Antonio Ramos, he remains a prominent figure in taekwondo and an inspiration for his nation.
